  • Slice thickness adjustable from 1 to 5 mm
  • Low cutting losses of less than 2 %, depending on product consistency and preparation
  • High cutting capacity of up to 400 kg/h (with an average slice thickness of 2.5 mm and a fillet weight of approx. 1.5 kg)
  • Clockwise or counterclockwise rotation available
