Since its founding 41 years ago, the salmon-slicing machine manufacturer MAASS + Partner is consistently developing the cold-cutting technology. In 1976 the Maass Salmon Slicers cut 95 slices per minute. Today, the cutting performance reaches up to 370 slices per minute. Depending on the model, a cutting capacity of up to 390 kg per hour can be reached. Up to three tons of salmon per day will be cut in a work shift with one MAASS Salmon Slicer.
